Older New York Times articles are now searchable in an online NYT Archives using ProQuest technology. The database has "more than 15 million articles from Sept. 1851 to Dec. 1995. Articles, Including their accompanying photos, charts and graphs, may be purchased in PDF format." Sarah Houghton of LibrarianInBlack points out that this is a useful tool to find citations to particular articles or to fill holes in your microfilm holdings of the NYT. Original Source: ResearchBuzz
