Massachusetts House Approves Statewide Voting Ban
The House voted yesterday to ban smoking in all public workplaces, including restaurants and bars, in Massachusetts. The bill would exempt private clubs, cigar bars, retail tobacco stores, hotel and motel smoking rooms and sections of nursing homes. The Boston Business Journal has more.
