Suit Filed in Federal Court Seeks to Stop Gay Marriages
A lawsuit filed in federal court yesterday by several conservative groups, including Liberty Counsel, seeks to stop the legalization of gay marriage in Massachusetts. Liberty Counsel has posted a press release, the Memorandum in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion, and the Complaint.
