In a resolution, S. Res. 360 - Expressing the sense of the Senate that legislative information shall be publicly available through the Internet, the Senate called for improvements to the congressional website Thomas. The co-sponsers called for the Library of Congress "to provide as much legislative information as is reasonably practical" and "to maintain Thomas in a manner that reflects current standards of accessibility and usability."
