Have a question about an amendment to a federal court rule? The U.S. Courts web site has some great resources including: a What's New list that gives a brief summary of actions taken or proposed amendments to federal rules; articles about the rulemaking process; the text of Proposed Rules Amendments Published for Comment; the text of Pending Rules Amendments Awaiting Final Action; and links to federal rules and forms in effect. Also, New England School of Law Library has done a great guide that list sources for rules and proposed rules.
