Massachusetts Senate Votes to Repeal 1913 Marriage Law
The Massachusetts senate voted 28-3 to repeal the 1913 law that Gov. Mitt Romney is using to bar out-of-state gay couples from marrying in Massachusetts. In order for the repeal to be effective it must be approaved in the Massachusetts House and survive an almost certain veto by Romney. AP has more.
