Law Schools moving to a B-School Teaching Model?
See this Paper Chase post about a recent article in the New York Law Journal that notes a shift towards the business school model of teaching at leading law schools. Particularly interesting is the reference to changes that Harvard is making in its FYL program, including doubling the number of FYL lecturers from 7 to 14.
